Creates brand-consistent, on-strategy compelling creative work for assigned clients.
Mentors and leads assigned Creative staff, and is available to review and critique all projects to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work.
Works directly with Account team on all projects.
Maintains active list of vendor resources (i.e., writers, designers, photographers, Flash or Director programmers).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA preferred. Minimum 1 years’ experience.
Recognized expertise in one of the following: advertising, collateral, identity, interactive design, direct marketing/e-marketing.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience.
Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills.
Experience working at an Internet Company.
